waters including the Olympic Coast National Marine Sanctuary...
strong westerly flow will develop in the wake of a 985 mb low that
moved inland earlier. This will result in gale force westerly winds
over much of the area...with a brief period of storm force winds
possible over the central Strait of Juan de Fuca this morning. The
onshore flow will weaken tonight. Another...but weaker...frontal
system will affect the area on Mon. Expect offshore flow to develop
on Tue.
